Sponsorship Opportunities

The efforts of many people make the annual Boulevard Bolt possible. Volunteer committees led by members of Immanuel Baptist Church, St. George's Episcopal Church and The Temple coordinate the preparation and race day events. In addition, individuals, organizations and corporations sponsor this event. It is the generosity of the sponsors of the Bolt that ensure that the funds raised go to serve the needs of the homeless in our community. The following are the categories of sponsorship available.

Major Sponsors

Major Sponsors contribute $5,000 in cash to cover the cost of the event. Their sponsorship is recognized through:

Name or logo in large type on the Bolt t-shirt
Name in large type on all posters, brochures, and print media ads
Recognition in radio promotions
Logo and link to website on the main page of The Bolt's website
Race day presence through persons, banners, tents, shuttles, etc.
Inclusion of promotional item(s) at registration, t-shirt pick-up and race day
Ten free registrations for the race
Large print Thank You banner on race day and Thank You List

Supporting Sponsors

Supporting Sponsors contribute a minimum of $2,500 in cash to cover the cost of the events. Their sponsorship is recognized through:

Name in medium type on the Bolt t-shirt
Name in medium type on all posters, brochures, and print media ads
Recognition in radio promotions
Logo and link to website on the main page of The Bolt's website
Race day presence through persons, banners, tents, shuttles, etc.
Inclusion of promotional item(s) at registration/t-shirt pick-up and race day
Five free registrations for the race
Large print Thank You banner on race day and Thank You List

Participating Sponsors

Participating Sponsors contribute a minimum of $1,000 in cash and goods* for use in the event. *Goods that would need to otherwise be purchased for the Race purposes. Their sponsorship is recognized through:

Name in smaller type on all posters, brochures, and print media ads
Logo and link to website on The Bolt's website
Inclusion of promotional item(s) at registration/t-shirt pick-up and race day
Two free registrations for the race
